Viewing reports

The Organizational Profitability section of the Axiom Financial Institutions Suite offers two reports—the Cost Allocation Operational report and the ReconGL to MGTGL report. You can use these reports to validate that allocations were processed correctly, and that the GL and MGTGL tables are in sync.

To view validation reports:

1. From the FI Command Center, click Organizational Profitability.

2. Click the View Reports tab.

   

3. Click the name of the report you want to view. The report opens in the Desktop Client. For details about each report, see Cost Allocation Operational report or ReconGL to MGTGL report.

Marking month complete

The Mark Month Complete function allows users to mark all management reports as complete for a specific period, and to notify administrators of such.

To mark month complete:

1. On the View Reports tab, click the calendar icon to select the year and month for the period you want to mark complete.
2. Click Mark Month Complete.
3. Click OK at the prompt.
